TridentCare – A Company Reputed for providing State-of-the-Art Mobile Laboratory Services at Patients Locations all over the United States

Patients visit to the laboratories for testing is considered a normal thing, but if any patient's medical condition isn't good, traveling to the laboratory becomes challenging. TridentCare addresses this issue by providing mobile laboratory services, where phlebotomists from TridentCare go to the patients' locations to collect the samples. TridentCare has strategically located its laboratories across the United States, which enables the company to go to any requested location from the patients all over the country.

Laboratory Services

TridentCare has kept everything to its top from timely collection to testing to sending results. The laboratory services are available 24 hours, 365 days. The lab employees and technologists of TridentCare are certified, highly-trained, and experienced. In fact, the majority of them are part of the TridentCare staff for more than five years. Following is the overview of how TridentCare excellently provides its laboratory services:

Timely Collection

TridentCare has set up a standard phlebotomy collection process across the company and ensured that phlebotomists are highly trained and follow certified procedures. Phlebotomists are also required to clear drug screen, physical test, background check, and must hold a good driving record with a valid license. The specimen collection process starts when the customer places an order either via a phone call, online ordering, or via customer EMR integration. Afterward, a phlebotomist goes to the patient location and collects the specimen.

Accurate Testing

TridentCare is known for maintaining state-of-the-art laboratories across the United States. Once a specimen is collected, it is delivered to the nearest TridentCare laboratory. Upon the arrival of the specimen, the staff puts a bar code on it so that the progress of the sample testing is monitored continuously. The lab staff conducts all the required testing of the sample using high-quality and latest technologies. A human review is conducted on test results by laboratory technologists to further validate the results. Those results that are critical are re-tested to ensure the accuracy of results, while delta check is carried out for all results to compare them with previous results. In case of prominent deviation, the test is conducted again to verify the result accuracy. With the strategic location of laboratories all over the U.S., TridentCare is able to address 90% of testing in its own laboratories. This greatly reduces the chances of human and processing error.

On-Time Reporting

TridentCare knows how important test results can be for conducting the right treatment. Therefore, the company has ensured that customers receive instant reporting as soon as their test results are completed. The reports can be sent to the customers in a number of ways as per their request choices, such as web access, fax, secure email, direct/indirect EMR interfaces, and HL7-compliant interface. Those results that are critical are also provided by phone. Usually, it takes five hours on average for STAT collection and reporting. TridentCare health information database captures all laboratory-related data (interactions, requests, results, and others) in a HIPAA-compliant and secure environment.
